When will I receive my order? top
Small orders are usually shipped within 3-6 business days by USPS priority mail. Larger orders are shipped by USPS parcel delivery and usually take approximately 6-10 business days.
How do I return my order? top
All sales are final except under the following conditions: if the item is grossly misrepresented or damaged upon delivery. Please do not return anything before notifying me first at the following email: babiesbridesandlavender @gmail.com If the return meets above conditions, we will issue you a return #. If the item is damaged we will be happy to send a new one or issue a refund. Shipping for returns will not be reimbursed. Thank you!
What method of payment do you accept? top
I will accept credit cards, via paypal, check or money orders. If using a check or money order the item will not be shipped until the check/money order has cleared.
Do you accept wholesale orders? top
At this time we are not accepting wholesale orders. In the near future we will work with wholesale orders.
Do you accept custom orders? top
I would be happy to accept custom orders. You can contact me by phone or email to discuss various colors, fabrics. Custom orders can be any size to accomodate bridal or baby shower favors or any other occasion.
Do custom orders cost more? top
Custom orders will vary slightly higher if I am using any Vintage materials. As far as choosing specific colors and fabrics there will be no price increase.
