Cones are made of Tartan red/green fabric trimmed with white lace/gold beads. Silk image of a Vintage Santa trimmed with glitter, tartan ribbon, red parchment rose.  White crinkly paper tucked inside!  This would make a pretty tree ornament and could perhaps be used to tuck a money or a tiny gift inside.
