I made this tag out of card stock, Vintage sheet music.  I added a sweet silk image of Madonna/Child/Angels trimmed with pure silk ribbons, and some crochet lace.  A rusty gold seam binding and a tan paper rose.  This can be used as an addition to your Christmas wrapping, on hanging on your tree or perhaps in your journal.
