Journal is altered with pretty Christmas paper.  I added black seam binding on  the binder as a bookmark.  Other accessories are Vintage French ticking, and some plaid ribbon, silver bell, key. Inside the cover is a l added a small envelope. It measures 4" wide and 6" long. Nice to keep one's notes in and it would make a great stocking stuffer!!
