I altered this journal with French script paper.  I added a coffee-stained paper image of two lovely ladies.  I used Antique laces to trim the journal and then pale pink/green seam bindings and a rusty key.  On the back of the journal are two Antique dark green buttons. This measures 4 1/2 " across and 6 " long.  This would make a lovely gift or could be used as room decor, perhaps on a side table or shelf.
