This hat is made of white moire fabric and trimmed with fine lace.  Other embellishments are satin ribbons, tulle, tiny pearls, lavender parchment roses.  I have tucked some fresh lavender inside the hat.  This would make a pretty bridal shower favor and later can be used as a sachet.
